continue to do for our organization, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System.
From the beginning of our Take Pride program for reward and recognition, you
helped us in the start-up phase, to where we are now -- what I would call a
"well-oiled machine."
Your creativity, your flexibility, your ability to brainstorm with us and come up
with even better ideas that we started with -- where can I possibly start and
end with what you have done for us? There has never been a time that you
haven't put structure to unstructured process. You ALWAYS follow-up immediately,
with everything down to the smallest detail, including where we spend our pennies,
you have always assisted us in spending our money for inventory in the wisest
way possible, finding us better "deals" than I ever dreamed, due to the number of
companies that you work with. You have ALWAYS been willing to meet with our
Reward and Recognition Team, even on a moments notice, to discuss new products,
and what would work best for our needs.
In summary, Deborah, you have been the driving force for our Take Pride program.
I feel that you have as much "ownership", if not more, than I do. You have been,
without a doubt, the finest consultant/vendor that I have ever worked with. As a
matter of fact, I don't even think of you as an "outsider" to SMHCS; I think of you
as one of the team. Your integrity, fairness, your accuracy, your flexibility
and even your sense of humor -- have all been tremendous assets to our program.
You certainly exceeded my expectations of quality and service in every way.

are truly a pleasure to work with, and I appreciate all that you help us achieve
